Gretna is a wonderful facility! The building is well kept and clean. The staff are friendly and caring. The rehab is top notch. From the facility leaders right on down, everyone at Gretna is 5 star!

I visited Gretna Health and Rehab and was very impressed. I received an individualized tour and got to meet all the friendly staff. Facility was extremely clean and staff seemed top notch. If I ever had a need for inpatient therapy, I would feel very comfortable with this team.
My Dad is currently here for Skilled Care/Therapy after a recent admission to the hospital. My family and I are so pleased with not only the facility, but more importantly with the staff-everyone from the Admissions Director and Administrator, to the Social Worker/Case Manager, receptionist, nurses, therapists, CNAs....just everyone....is amazing! As a concerned family member who never wanted my Dad to be in a nursing home, as his Alzheimer's has progressed & we are having a chance to see him in this particular facility, we are hoping he will be able to transition from Rehab/Therapy to a full time placement here. There is a feeling of peace in knowing the amount of care he is receiving, & if he can't be at home, there is nowhere else we would want him to be. Thank you, Gretna!
I love this facility! The staff members are always friendly! I have had two of my family members here for rehab and they loved it! The staff truly treated my family members just like family! There is no better place!
