Absolutely loved this hospital!! The entire staff that helped me were wonderful & very sweet, the doctor talked to me, not at me and explained everything that was happening to me in a manner I understood. I will go to Centra first from now on. ❤️
Called to just check wait time after my daughter fell at 9:30 pm and us being between hospitals I was wanting the shorter wait time. Spoke with Amanda who rudely said " we don't give out wait times and if it's emergency you need to come in" and then just hung up. So I called back to get her name and she said that " she doesn't have time for this" and hung up on me again. If you run your ER like that, let me ask how do you treat your patients when they ask questions? Called two hospitals in NC and they very politely tell me how many patients are waiting and the longest wait time currently. No need to waste my time with Centra.
