This was a terrible experience. Ordered through FTD. The owner cancelled because she did not have the stuffed animal that was supposed to go with the order. After explaining I wanted the order anyway, the owner S. Hunt said she would not deliver to my house. Terrible customer service. Will not use again.

I would recommend Tyler Flower Shop to anyone sending flowers or plants in the Gretna area. I tried to find a Gardenia bush for a friend and although it was unable to be located, the ladies at Tyler went above and beyond to try and ensure my satisfaction. They promptly called me back to give other suggestions, checked 2 different deliveries, held a hydrangea to ensure my friend got something for Mother's day, and were still very apologetic for not being able to find the plant I had wanted. Thank you so much ladies for your exceptional service!

I have been dealing with Tyler's for years and have always received exceptional service. They are wonderfully helpful and polite on the phone and I have never been dissatisfied with the flowers they send.
